“To be an extension of god's wholehearted and unfailing love to families of children in cardiac crisis. We provide short-term assistance that makes a long-term impact for heart families whose child/children receive cardiac care at children's national in washington, dc.”

“In the year 2017, wholehearted foundation was able to start implementing the family assistance programs and had over twenty six families apply through their social worker at children's national medical center in washington, dc. Wholehearted foundation was also able to provide regular lunches in the cardiac icu and helped over one hundred families with meal vouchers and parking passes within the hospital. We also organized our second annual wholehearted foundation luncheon, a very successful fundraising event which provided a substantial amount of financial resources for families in crisis. The luncheon also continued to build congenital heart disease awareness within the washington, dc metro business community and helped connect "heart families" with other "heart families" providing education on various cardiac conditions. We were also able to assist families with understanding what programs their child may be eligible for within their community.”
