Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Provide flight scholarships to deserving youth by funding flight costs, including instructors in attainment of a flight rating or flight awareness. Youth participate through work scholarships where the scholarship recipient has to perform functions on the airfield. Hours performed are credited towards flight costs. The Foundation also supports deserving youth personnel in attainment of advanced ratings such as Flight Instructor. In return the instructor provides flight instruction to deserving youth.
