To serve as the developer for shalom towers inc, a new jersey nonprofit corporation, and otherwise assist shalom towers inc with respect to the ownership, financing, rehabilitation, renovation, maintenance and/or operation of a 150 unit senior citizen rental apartment project owned by shalom towers inc, know as "shalom house and located in ventnor city, new jersey, and in connection therewith to be paid a development fee for such services. And to provide support for other non-profit organizations in the local community.
