St. John's foundation, inc. Has a written conflict of interest policy. Each director, principal officer and member of a committee with governing board delegated powers annually signs a statement affirming that he or she has recieved a copy of the policy, has read and understands the policy, and has agreed to comply with the policy. The board will periodically review, at a minimum all compensation arrangements and any arrangements with management organizations to ensure that they are reasonable. The organization also has in place procedures to deal with any questions about possible conflicts.
