“Boulder muse is a free afterschool music program for childeren whose familes may not be able to pay for private music lessons. Boulder muse is a safe and nurturing community of students, teachers, volunteers and parents dedicated to giving young people the optimal musical environment in which to thrive, and the right community to do it in.”

“Boulder muse taught virtually throughout the covid pandemic. In fall of 2022, we opened the program at family learning center where we have been able to work with roughly 35 students ranging in age from 7 - 12 year olds. These students are from community montessori, columbine elementary and crestview elementary schools. We will open our program at university hill school as well as columbine elementary school in january. In the summer of 2022 we put together a terrific board of directors that have helped tremendously with it work as well as fundraising with colorado gives day and we raised over 5,100. We have also received our first grant from scfd and all others that we have applied for have replied favorably. We are in better financial condition than ever before.”
