Our organization provides residential services plus communitybased support, for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Many of the expenses reflected in this return directly support participants individualized needs, therapeutic goals, community integration, and daily living stability. Program expenses include: Therapeutic meals and outings that support socialemotional development, community participation, and skillbuilding. Sensory, educational, and activitybased materials used to meet behavioral, developmental, and therapeutic needs. Hygiene, clothing, and personalcare items purchased for individuals served through our programs. Transportation costs required for medical appointments, school activities, community access, and program participation. Family care and client support payments that assist caregivers with essential needs, respite, and stability services. Foster care stipends that are taxexempt and used solely for the care and support of youth placed in licensed homes. Repairs and maintenance related to safety, accessibility, and upkeep of programrelated environments. Administrative expenses such as payroll, insurance, utilities, and compliancerelated costs necessary for operating a licensed service organization. All expenditures are aligned with our mission and are used exclusively for program delivery, participant support, and organizational compliance. No funds are used for personal benefit.
