The organization uses the services of griffin partners for management and leasing of tenant office space. They hire and manage employees who work in the building. They also create an annual budget and monthly financial reports for the building's operations.

Each director is provided a copy of the form 990. The form 990 is explained in detail by the ceo and all questions raised by individual board members are discussed. When the presentation and discussions are completed the board takes formal action to approve the form 990. The board's approval is reflected in the minutes of the meeting.
