THE ORGANIZATION REMAINS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED FOR THE EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE OF HOLDING TITLE TO REAL ESTATE, COLLECTING THE INCOME THEREFROM, AND TURNING OVER THE INCOME LESS EXPENSES TO AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED UNDER SECTION 501(A) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. |
