Mission

The nature of the business or purpose to be conducted or promoted is as follows: acquire, own, develop, hold, sell, lease, transfer, exchange, operate, and manage affordable housing projects, including any buildings and other improvements; obtain financing for any of the above type of real estate projects; provide direct assistance to families; foster low, affordable, moderate, mixed use and other type of housing; foster and stimulate economic development; work with other national, regional and local organizations to further the goals of the corporation.
