Financial Statement Notes

Schedule D, Part V

Certain donor restricted net assets have been utilized for construction in progress and will be released from restrictions upon the assets being placed in service and are not included the financial assets or the donor restricted net assets above. Furthermore, the donor restricted net assets not already utilized in construction in progress are generally available to be used in its programs for the Organization's programs in 2024. As part of the organization's liquidity management, it has a policy to structure its financial assets to be available as its general expenditures, liabilities and other obligations come due. The Organization is highly dependent on meeting conditions on its conditional grant and receiving continued funding from a few large donors to be able to meet its obligations and continue operating its programs.

Schedue D, Part X, Line 2

In the normal course of business, the organization is subject to examination by the federal and state taxing authorities. In general, the organization is no longer subject to tax examinations for tax years ending before june 30, 2020.
