Community Summer Feeding Program. An all expense paid Grieving Family Healing Retreat for 7 nights and 8 days in Massanutten Va. Transportation food activities and 2 bedroom condo per family, $56956| Beverly F. Smith President and Founder of Mommas Safe Haven also provided independent contractor services to the organization during the 2025 tax year related to program management and operational support. Mommas Safe Haven follows governance procedures in which any compensation paid to board members for professional services is reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. Payments made to board members during the tax year were for services rendered outside of their governance duties and were reported as independent contractor payments in Part I Line 13., $0| Juwan Saintcharles serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Mommas Safe Haven. During the 2025 tax year he also provided independent contractor services including photography and facilitation of youth film school programming.
