Mission

A coalition of local governments, not-for-profit organizations, and small to large private sector businesses committed to build a more inclusive region. (see schedule o)clf partners have pooled their financial and technical business resources to make construction and expansion loans to minority and women owned businesses to facilitate their greater participation in construction projects throughout the region.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is a not-for-profit agency as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and is exempt from federal income taxes on related income pursuant to section 501(a) of the code. In that regard, the organization has evaluated its tax positions, expiring statutes of limitations, audits, proposed settlements, changes in tax law and new authoritative rulings and believes that no provision for income taxes is necessary, at this time, to cover any uncertain tax positions.
