“Pack the park pink - breast cancer awareness night where breast cancer survivors and patients, along with their families, attend an okc dodgers baseball game. Dodgers players and coaching staff wear specialty pink jerseys that are autographed and sold during a silent auction. Proceeds from the silent auctions benefit susan g. Komen for the cure.”

“Rookie league - the okc dodgers rookie league was created to address the lack of access to baseball for area youth and to provide a youth baseball league that is accessible to a broad range of children and families. To minimize the cost of entry to participating families in the league, uniforms, baseballs, bats, catchers gear and coaches resources were provided to every team.the okc dodgers rookie league brought baseball to the community. Teams featured boys and girls from different ethnic backgrounds, economic classes and parts of the oklahoma city metro area. By helping minimize costs for families, the okc dodgers rookie league is all- inclusive and encourages children to interact with the game of baseball for the first time.”
