Mission

To provide home-style meals that are produced with care and served with dignity for those challenged by job loss, illness or misfortune.

Our mission is to create a sense of food security starting in the city of framingham, ma and through cooperation with other cities and towns expand our mission to whereever it is needed. Understanding that hunger is a complex problem we are constantly innovating to meet the needs of the community. Our focusis to provide home-style meals that are produced with care and served with dignity. Everyone of us could, at some point, find ourselves challenged by job loss, illness or misfortune. It is within these times that we at daniel's table desire to walk with our less fortunate neighbors and together, find food security solutionsthat work for everyone involved.

The organization qualifies as a tax-exempt organization, other than a private foundation, under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and therefore has made no provision for federal or state income taxes in the accompanying financial statements. In addition, the organization qualifies for the charitable contributions deduction under section 170(b) (1)(a) and has been classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under section 509(a)(1). The organization reports its activities to the internal revenue service in an annual information return which is subject to review by the taxing authorities for the standard three-year statue of limitations. As of december 31, 2023, the organization's information returns for the years ended december 31, 2020 through 2023 are subject to potential review by federal and state tax authorities.
