Silver Shadow

The Silver Shadow supports philanthropy in Mexico. In 2020 most of our work continued to be centered on corporate activations, or designing and executing opportunities for Mexico-based employees of major companies to volunteer. Our programs benefit a wide range of charitable causes. We also coordinated Good Deeds Day in the greater Mexico City metropolitan area. While our portfolio was significantly impacted by Covid-19, we were able to transition to a virtual environment to sustain ourselves throughout the year.

The Silver Shadow supports charitable work in Mexico. In 2018 this consisted of two major programs: (1) Engaging employees of large companies with offices in Mexico City to perform philanthropic activities, such as cleaning vital waterways, spending an afternoon at a community center for families of limited resources, and making toys for disadvantaged youth; (2) Coordinating Good Deeds Day in Mexico, a marketing and coordination effort to encourage individuals and groups to give back to their communities. We also create opportunities for volunteering for the general public in Mexico year-round.
