The association was created to provide services required for the protection and general welfare of the public; the promotion, growth and enhancement of the ws-bid; and the representation of the ws-bid for needs identified by its members. Services include sanitation and maintenance, security, district-wide wayfairing and streetscape improvements, and advocacy.”
