American Foundation for Public Facilities

The organization's purpose is to participate, assist or advise a joint exercise of powers authority with the american social impact foundation ("foundation"), participate in the administration of conduit financing transactions with the foundation, lessen the burdens of government by providing financial assistance to the foundation by refinancing, acquiring, constructing, improving, leasing, donating or selling real or personal property, financing working capital or insurance programs, and to provide financial support or benefits to the foundation.
