Article 11 of the organization's bylaws was amended with the 5th restated bylaws effective may 14, 2018. Old article 11: the sole member of stratum health system shall be pontus health, inc. Amended article 11: stratum health system shall not have any members as that term is used in chapter 617, florida statutes.
