Bark party charities rescues animals from high-kill shelters, places them into foster care, and finds them fur-ever homes. The organization strives to change the negative perception of shelter pets. The only thing wrong with these loving animals is that they don't have a person or family to give them a home! Many times, human seniors and pet seniors are a perfect match. Stray or abandoned senior pets need a loving environment to retire in, and are often overlooked in the shelters. Human seniors may want a pet, but need a little extra support with vet bills or grooming to make it work. Bark party charities provide that support to qualified seniors.
