Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The hi chap foundation provides a safe home for horses that are in danger of being abandoned, neglected, abused, and/or wild. In addition, the foundation provides equine therapy services to needy groups such as wounded warriors, foster children, the physically and mentally chanllenged, etc.
