“On May 22, 2023 the Board of Directors of Limbitless Solutions Inc ("the Corporation") met to vote on the dissolution and decertification of the Corporation as a direct support organization of the University of Central Florida ("the University"). Under the guidance of University leadership, it was approved to dissolve and decertify the Corporation and transition the operations to the UCF Research Foundation and the University's research enterprise. The University's Board of Trustees approved and confirmed the dissolution and decertification of the Corporation in a meeting on June 29, 2023, to be effective June 30, 2023. This transition allows for the continued pursuit of the Corporation's mission and vision with the goal to provide assistive disability technology across the country and eventually around the world. The Corporation's student scholar program that is home to over fifty undergraduate students from the University will continue to grow as the organization continues to expand its reach. The Corporation donated its equipment to the University in furtherance of this mission. In accordance with the Corporation's governing documents, the remaining assets were distributed to the University of Central Florida Foundation, Inc.”
