Mission
The Opportunity America Educational Fund conducts and disseminates research designed to educate the public about issues relating to economic opportunity and mobility. The organization's twin goals: to foster better public understanding of the barriers to mobility and promote innovative thinking about how to expand opportunity.
Opportunity America Educational Fund seeks to educate the public about issues relating to social mobility and equal opportunity to foster a better understanding of why equality of opportunity is shrinking, and to promote fresh and creative thinking about how to expand social mobility.

Recent sessions include a panel on unregistered apprenticeship at the 2017 Apprenticeship Forward conference sponsored by the National Skills Coalition and the New America Foundation, among others, and a panel at the ACTE CareerTech VISION conference on how states overcome legal obstacles to on-the-job training for high school students.
