“We believe our greatest contribution is in teaching hawaii's young female athletes the values of competition. These values are: make a commitment, work hard, strive for excellence, sacrifice to make the team better, and be the best you can be as a person and as an athlete. We believe that our job is to develop the total person, not just the athlete. Our players learn to respect the game of fastpitch softball and all who are involved in it. As a member of the hawaii titans fastpitch, you learn about commitment, success, trust, respect, pride, tradition, attitude, motivation, responsibility, descipline, mental toughness, and integrity.”

“The organization's largest accomplishments included uniformed members, trained the girls to be better athletes in softball, and competed in mainland colleges and showcase tournaments. All members were issued multiple sets of uniforms, equipment and had the opportunity to compete in national and college exposure tournements. All members were given an opportunity to attend weekly practices, participate in seasonal games, scrimmages, and tournaments to work on their basic softball skill, in an effort to prepare them for their high school seasons, and their travel to national / college exposure tournaments. More than 60 athletes benefited from our organization's program services.”
