Each director is elected for a term of 6 years. If during that time it is found that a director should be removed with cause, a meeting is held to determine this action. It is a meeting of all the directors to review the action of the one. This can happen at an annual meeting or special meeting called for that purpose. It is expected that all directors act in an ethical manner towards this entity and unethical actions will be dealt with.

It is expressly stated in the bylaws that a duty exists to disclose any actual or possible conflict of interest. Any interested party must disclose any financial interest and all material facts related to a possible conflict of interest. They are excused from the meeting after disclosure and a determination is made as to whether a conflict exists.
