Mission

To identify and assist students from haiti in advancing their education in the united states so they can return to haiti and be an asset to their country. While in the united states, our goal is to make sure the students receive food, clothing, insurance, medical care and related learining experiences while they attend an accredited educational institution with the ultimate goal of receiving a college degree that will be beneficial to them in attaining work in haiti when they return.

We currently have two haitian students in the united states attending college. One is currently enrolled as a 2nd year student at college of the ozarks in their nursing program. The second student is a recent graduate of college of the ozarks and is working on a masters degree at ivy technical community college. We have been able to raise funds from individual donations to provide clothing & sundries, health insurance, medical and dental care, school meals, and tuition, books and fees for them during 2016. Many in-kind donated services have been provided as well, related to housing,food, transportation and medical/dental services during 2016.
