Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The corporation is organized exclusively for the purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law (the "code"). The primary goal of the corporation is to facilitate the creation of a statewide educational network to assist in the delivery of online assessments and foster the sharing of educational services across the state. The objective of the corporation shall include, but not necessarily be limited to the following: a. To coordinate and lead the formation of a sustainable statewide educational network, b. To have the statewide educational network connect all intermediate school districts, local districts, and public school academies in an intranet that can efficiently deliver online assessments and further enable the sharing of services across the state, c.
