After the Form 990 was prepared and reviewed, the Form 990 was run through a filing verification quality review check process using an approved IRS e-file Provider, Form 990 Online. The Form 990 was reviewed and signed by Doug McMurrey, the Treasurer and a volunteer of the organization. The Form 990 was shared with the Board of Directors prior to filing.”

“The organization has a written conflict of interest policy and regularly reviews the policy and determined there were no known conflicts of interest or violations to the policy in 2020.”

“The organization has no employees. The organization's Executive Director is a contractor. When the contractor was approved by the Board of Directors, the Board met to review the candidate's resume and qualifications and objectively reviewed and determined the amount of contractor pay based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and pay rates in the market. The same objective review process is in place and used for all contractors of the organization.”

“The organization will make its governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements available to the public upon request. There were no known requests made in 2020.”
