“Nebraska department of agriculture supported the grant for the sandhill counties in the weed management area. Swma-area and along the counties with the north, middle and south loup rivers including the calamus and loup rivers before reaching the platte river. Several counties with rivers flowing through the area, the county weed superintendent's hired airboats along with helicopters used as transportation to access and assess the areas by the rivers to take the weeds out.”
