“This small community charitable organization has lifetime members for which a small one-time membership fee is charged. At the annual meeting of members a 7 member board if directors is elected to serve a two-year term. The affairs of the foundation are generally managed by the board which elects its own officers.”

A complete copy of the filed and accepted return is provided to all directors and made available at the annual meeting to all members. The 990 is discussed at the annual meeting. Importantly, all board and lifetime members are given a very detailed annual financial report showing income and expense for every account and endowed fund as well as the beginning and ending year end balances. The accounts are balanced to the bank account statements and internally audited.”

“The 990 and detailed financial report of all accounts is provided the board when complete and provided and discussed with all members at the annual meeting. Public information including the 990 and annual financial report is available at the office address upon request to anyone who requests the information.”

“Other program services include annual meeting expenses and small financial donations accepted for the benefit of community volunteer organizations such as girls software and boys baseball summer programs and support of the public school's After Prom activities.”
