This policy, in addition to all other policies , governing documents, financial statements & other pertinent organizational information is provided in a board member binder to all new board members at their new board member orientation.”

This committee is headed by the board chairman. The committee, upon completion of the annual review, presents a report & recommendation to the full board directors & a vote is taken on any recommended salary compensation adjustments for the upcoming year. Every few years, the organization conducts a salary survey of state leader executives of states who have similar programs & operations to provide comparable compensation.”
