Kansas bankers association welfare benefit fund delegates control over management duties to the health plan fiduciary committee of the kansas banker's association.

An independent accounting firm prepares the form 990. The form 990 with all required schedules is then reviewed by the organization's trustee. Any questions or concerns are addressed and any necessary changes are made. The final form 990, with all required schedules, is provided to the trustee for their review prior to filing the 990.
