Mission and Program Overview

Mission

To operate exclusively for charitable, scientific, or educational purposes, within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, including but not limited to the following: (a)to provide leadership programs services to the transgender community and lesbian, gay, bisexual and queer communities, including but not limited to primarycare medical services including hormone therapy;(b) to develop appropriate information, education, and training programs for the above listed comunities; (c) to provide leadership in the provision of other health care services which are compatible with the above purposes and provide programs and services to the extent practicable within its available resouces; (d)to support efforts of others to achieve similar above listed purposes in hawaii state, and the united states and throughout the world; and (e) provide primary care services in underserved area(s) in the state of hawaii, including
