Riverspring health senior living, inc. Dba river's edge (river's edge) is a new york not-forprofit corporation organized in 2014 to own and operate a continuing care retirement community (ccrc), also known as a life-care community, authorized under article 46 of new york's public health law. The ccrc is planned to have a total of 379 independent living units (ilus) constructed in two phases: phase 1 consisting of 260 ilus to be constructed on a portion of property owned by the hebrew home at riverdale (hhar) and phase 2 consisting of 119 ilus to be constructed on adjacent property currently owned by the hebrew home for the aged at riverdale foundation (hharf). Assisted living, memory support, and long-term nursing services offered as part of the life care plan will be provided under an arrangement with hhar.
