Spring Rain International is a Christian ministry and humanitarian organization. Our charitable activities take place both outside the USA and inside the USA. Outside the USA we train and equip native Christian leaders, we strengthen local Christian congregations, we provide physical care and education to impoverished children, and we help local leaders carry out works of compassion in needy areas. In the USA we educate individuals and organizations about international Christian work, and we help USA churches prepare candidates for cross-cultural ministry. Spring Rain International may also from time to time make small monetary donations to other 501c3 publicly supported charities who share our vision and values and are doing similar work around the world.
International Christian ministry and humanitarian projects.

“| Explanation:, BOYAmount:, EOYAmount:| Spring Rain's liabilities on 12/31/2019 came from two sources: 1. Accrued Payroll Taxes of 89.91. This liability occurs every month. Spring Rain issues paychecks once per month for work performed in the previous month. The liability for payroll and withholding accrues during the month, but is brought back to zero ($0) as soon as paychecks are issued at the beginning of the following month when paychecks are issued. 2. Debt Payable to Executive Director of $1,188.06 This liability occurred because our Executive Director sometimes makes purchases on his personal credit card or uses his own cash during international travel and international field work. In most of the countries where our staff work and travel, it is often hard to use a credit card. Outside of major cities cash is the only medium of exchange. Rather than carry large amounts of the organization's cash, our Executive Director carries his own cash, and then submits receipts to Spring Rain International for reimbursement. This debt also includes the cost of airline tickets which the Executive Director purchases on his own credit card. Receipts are then submitted for reimbursement. This allows the Executive Director to earn air mileage points on his credit card, which can be used for future travel. This lowers the organization's overall travel costs., $3329, $1272|”
