“Primary exempt purpose hamilton heroes was created for the purposes of pleasure, recreation, and the cultivation of social interaction by and among the employees of hamilton company that elect to participate in the social club. Specifically, hamilton heroes exists to foster personal contact,commingling between participants, and fellowship among its participants. Participation in the hamilton heroes social club is limited to employees of hamilton company. Hamilton heroes has adopted a non-discrimination policy to protect against discrimination of any person on the basis of age, gender, race, religion, or color. Hamilton heroes was created to foster the interaction between hamilton company employees. There shall be no private inurement to the participants, in excess of the privileges granted based on their membership dues. This event is held to encourage and support the interaction of hamilton employees. Unfortunately there was no annual summer picnic held in 2021 due to the covid-19 pandemic. The holiday party welcomes participants and their guests and provides them with a nice dinner, dessert, music, live entertainment,dancing, and prizes. It is estimated that 535 individuals were in attendance for this event. Form 990ez, part iii, line 30, program service accomplishments: hamilton heroes normally sponsors various pot lunches throughout the year at hamilton company's place of business. These events encourage and support interaction of hamilton employees, and aim to enhance employee morale. No picnics or pot lunches were held in 2021 due to the covid-19 pandemic.”
