“It is understood that any potential conflict of interest must be brought to the board's attention before any transaction takes place. Kingdom Discipleship does not have any interested persons with a financial interest, or otherwise, with any entity the organization is involved with.”

“In 2014, the members of the board, excluding the President as the only paid employee, set the salary and housing allowance for the President. Some of the factors considered were the skill, experience, and amount of time he worked each week. We also considered the salaries of other pastors of churches and para ministries we knew of. We felt the salary was indicative of his level and experience. The housing allowance was set by examining the cost of living he currently had, based on the allowable factors in determining the amount. There has not been any review of salary because as of yet the organization has not been able to pay the full initial salary we set. The Treasurer has reviewed the housing allowance year to year to determine if the amount should increase.”

“General Ministry Expenses $14,378.13 This covers the costs of meeting with groups or individuals that Kingdom Discipleship provided outreach to, including the costs of meals, cost of venue and gifts given. Benevolence $2217.14 This covers the cost of helping individuals going through difficult times, such as buying groceries and other basic living supplies. Charitable Contributions $2920 This covers the cost of donations to other like-minded individuals Kingdom Discipleship encounters.”
