Mission

The primary purpose of the corporation is the redevelopment of affordable housing and therein providing life skills education in an independent living environment for adolescents who are involved with the department of social services and other state and local agencies.

To provide life skills education, in an independent living enviroment for adolescents involved with dds and other local and state agencies. Also to provide drop in services, counseling and educational services to own, rehabilitate and lease affordable housing with the primary purpose of educating, teaching, training and inculcating in men with special housing needs particulary with substance use and addiction needs with the life skills required for independent living in the community.

The organization is managed by franklin county regional housing and redevelopment authority. The housing authority provides all accounting and management services for the organization including maintenance of properties, supervision of personnel and collection and disbursement of income. Under the terms of the agreement, the organization will pay a management fee equal to 8% of rental revenue collected plus reimbursement for personnel costs.
