“Carter goffigon, a key employee, is the daughter of the executive director, loree goffigon. She has an extensive background in non-profit management, marketing and fund raising. As such, she is responsible for coordinating and supporting all activities related to the lanching and implementing of an organiozation initiative, called "creativity matters." in addition, she is responsible, in general, for all marketing, communications, product development and social media. She also supports all fund-raising activities, including: 1) preparation of grant applications; 2) contributor outreach; and 3) networking and relationship building at events.”

“Prior to submitting the information return, form 990, for processing, the financial and other information is presented to the board of directors for consideration. All financial information is discussed, questions raised and answered by persons knowledgable about the tax return and requirements. Once discussion is concluded, the decision to file the return as presented or to make one or more changes is put to a vote. Only after the return is approved by unanimous consent, will it be filed with the internal revenue service.”
