WE MEET WITH POTENTIAL ADOPTER TO ENSURE THAT THEIR CURRENT PETS GET ALONG WITH THE NEW PET. WE THEN COLLECT THE ADOPTION FEE AND FOLLOW-UP A WEEK LATER TO ENSURE THAT EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL.
