Part III, Line 2

the organization was dormant until 2015, when several housing development projects were started. These projects are all to provide housing for developmentally disabled adults living in the community. the homes were completed in 2016. The title to the homes rests with New Concepts for Living, Inc. The organization is currently working on evaluating how NCFL Housing can best serve the housing needs for the clients of NCFL. Operations were limited over the past year, however, in the subsequent year, once the needs have been determined the organization will take the needed actions.

New Concepts for Living, Inc., New Concepts for Living Development Company and New Concepts for Living Housing Corporation, Inc. are all exempt from Federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been recorded in the combined statements of activities and changes in net assets. There were no unrecognized tax benefits at December 31, 2016 or 2014. Additionally, there were no income tax related penalties or interest recorded in the combined financial statements for 2016 or 2015. These projects are all to provide housing for developmentally disabled adults living in the community. the homes were completed in 2016. The title to the homes rests with New Concepts for Living, Inc. The organization is currently working on evaluating how NCFL Housing can best serve the housing needs for the clients of NCFL. Operations were limited over the past year, however, in the subsequent year, once the needs have been determined the organization will take the needed actions.
