The llc is an irc 509(a)(3) supporting organization and operates the residential apartments on behalf of sierra view homes. 2. All of the net income of the llc is distributed to sierra view homes. The llc has no assets of its own as it merely operates the residential apartments for sierra view homes.3. Sierra view homes owns the real estate and furnishings of the residential apartments. It is leasing the facility to the llc for a nominal amount.

Llc is an irc 509(a)(3) supporting organization for sierra view homes. It operates a low-cost 115 unit residential apartment complex for the aged.
