Affordable Housing Education and Development (AHEAD), Inc. performs all management duties for AHEAD QTR, Inc. Compensation paid to officers and directors of AHEAD QTR, Inc. is paid by AHEAD and shown in Part VII, line 1, columns (E & F) of this return as compensation paid by a related organization.

The Sole Member of the Corporation shall be Affordable Housing, Education and Development (AHEAD), Inc.

Directors shall be elected annually by a majority vote of the then current Board of Directors, subject to approval by the Sole Member.
