“Sustainable agriculture education program harvest107 teaches individuals, families, and organizations about sustainable techniques for growing food in both rural and urban environments. Through this program, knowledge is obtained on growing vegetables, natural fertilization & pest control, harvesting crops and seeds, water collection, and composting as well as creative ways and places grow crops. This program affected over 48 families.”

“Agriculture projects urban: harvest107 created an urban garden as a training garden and food supply for a local factory employing over 300 people. Rural: harvest107 continued our work with farmers in the south of haiti to recover from hurricane matthew. This program provided new tools, over 300 tree seedlings, seeds, composting classes, and a well for a group of 10 farmers.”

“Harvest107 worked with farmers in the artibonite department of haiti as well as small holder farmers in port au prince teaching sustainable agriculture practices as well as assisting with seeds and tools. This program affected about 30 farming families.”
