1. Veteran housing program we provided safe and stable housing for 24 homeless veterans at our 4-unit multifamily property located at 137 elmhurst in highland park, mi. This program included support services such as job placement assistance, mental health counseling, and access to community resources. The program directly impacted the lives of these veterans by reducing homelessness and promoting self-sufficiency. 2. Educational outreach at k-12 school at our facility at 26100 annapolis st., inkster, mi, we offered educational support and community enrichment programs to over 350 students in grades k-12. Our initiatives included after-school tutoring, stem workshops, and literacy campaigns, resulting in a measurable improvement in academic performance and engagement among participants. 3. Community mental health campaigns through our mental health initiatives, we organized 6 public campaigns and 3 focus groups, reaching over 1,000 community members. These programs aimed to destigmatize mental health challenges and provide access to local resources and professional counseling. Surveys indicated a 30 increase in participants seeking mental health services post-campaign. 4. Charity events and fundraisers we hosted 12 charity events, including food drives, back-to-school supply giveaways, and health and wellness fairs. Collectively, these events served over 2,000 individuals, addressing critical needs such as food security, educational preparedness, and health awareness. 5. Medical office initiatives our medical facility at 2231 inkster road, inkster, mi, provided access to mobile outreach clinics, vaccination drives, and health screenings for over 500 underserved individuals. EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH AT K-12 SCHOOL AT OUR FACILITY AT 26100 ANNAPOLIS ST., INKSTER, MI, WE OFFERED EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS TO OVER 350 STUDENTS IN GRADES K-12. OUR INITIATIVES INCLUDED AFTER-SCHOOL TUTORING, STEM WORKSHOPS, AND LITERACY CAMPAIGNS, RESULTING IN A MEASURABLE IMPROVEMENT IN ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AND ENGAGEMENT AMONG PARTICIPANTS. 3. COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CAMPAIGNS THROUGH OUR MENTAL HEALTH INITIATIVES, WE ORGANIZED 6 PUBLIC CAMPAIGNS AND 3 FOCUS GROUPS, REACHING OVER 1,000 COMMUNITY MEMBERS. COLLECTIVELY, THESE EVENTS SERVED OVER 2,000 INDIVIDUALS, ADDRESSING CRITICAL NEEDS SUCH AS FOOD SECURITY, EDUCATIONAL PREPAREDNESS, AND HEALTH AWARENESS. 5. MEDICAL OFFICE INITIATIVES OUR MEDICAL FACILITY AT 2231 INKSTER ROAD, INKSTER, MI, PROVIDED ACCESS TO MOBILE OUTREACH CLINICS, VACCINATION DRIVES, AND HEALTH SCREENINGS FOR OVER 500 UNDERSERVED INDIVIDUALS.
