The organization has no employees, and has delegated control over certain property management duties to renaissance neighborhoood developmenet corporation pursuant to a property management agreement. Renaissance neighborhood development corporation, as the parent and sponsoring corporation, assists in providing to its subordinate corporations general and administrative supervision, financial management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, real estate development and strategic planning.
