Bluegrass Ambassadors

Silver Sound Foundation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law and referred to below as the "Code"). More specifically, the corporation is organized to provide eleemosynary financial assistance and other beneficial services to low-income individuals and entities suffering from the effects of natural disasters, illness, injury or other sources of financial distress, and to provide educational programming in the creative arts by organizing performances, workshops, seminars, classes and other programming. The corporation will not operate a school or similar institution regulated by the Illinois State Board of Education.
