“The supported organization, new millennium peace foundation, reserves the right and authority to approve the following actions of earth citizens organization: (a) amendments to the articles of incorporation or bylaws; (b) incurrence of indebtedness (other than trade debt incurred in the ordinary course of operations); (c) adoption of a plan of merger or consolidation; (d) sale, lease, exchange, mortgage, pledge or other disposition of all, or substantially all, the assets; (e) dissolution; and (f) election of directors.”

“Eco was established as a supporting organization for nmpf by developing leaders and organize earth citizen activities for a peaceful and sustainable world. Eco programs encompass attitudes, knowledge, and skills that are essential in leading change in communities.”

“Kids camp change for a sustainable world needs new leaders with a global perspective and caring spirt for the planet. Therefore eco (earth citizens organization) has been focusing on education for leadership development from its inception. Because the understanding and expected scope of action differ for each age group, eco developed and has been running leadership programs differentiated for each age group including young children, high school students, young adults and mature adults. Because of lasting impact of childhood experience on individuals' mindset and lifestyle, we emphasize the importance of education especially for the younger generations. The summer international leadership program for young children provides hands on education for character development, nature studies, cross- cultural understanding and simple hands-on skills suitable for the future leaders for creating a sustainable and peaceful world. We will continue to develop the programs further to accommodate international participants from diverse cultural, national and ethnical origins.”
