The management company handles daily business activities. All major decisions regarding the organization's mission, goal and activities are determined by the board of directors.

Crep was formed initially by four charter member organizations. There are currently six member organizations.

The form 990 is prepared by an outside cpa. A draft is submitted to the treasurer for review. The treasurer consults with the rest of the executive committee as needed. Prior to sending the final copy to the irs, a copy is made available to the entire board.
