Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The purpose of the corporation is to provide access to affordable behavioral health services and support including, but not limited to the following: grief counseling, crisis counseling, education and support services to the bereaved community members. The corporation will address grief as a public health service by providing safe place to promote healthy individuals and families with education, coping skills, and support. The corporation will work together to help navigate and guide individuals, couples and families through the painful journey of grief, loss and trauma, allowing the opportunity to begin the healing process in a healthy manner to re-engage in life and relationships. The corporation will provide both traditional (secular) and faith based counseling on a sliding fee scale according to income following the federal poverty guidelines.
