The members of the nrcc are the associations known as: new england carwash association, inc., car wash operators of new jersey, inc., new york state car wash association, inc., and mid-atlantic carwash association, inc. Each of the members is a business league or trade association as defined by the internal revenue code.”

“Each member association has the right to designate up to three representatives to serve as board members.”
